The consultancy’s Director Karen Crowshaw has worked at Executive
and MD level in a FTSE top 100 company in HR, Communications and Sales
management. She has led many Cultural change programmes delivering performance
improvements including both internal and external stakeholders.
She has run highly successful teams of c2000 colleagues and managed
budgets of over £100m and understands the need for a level of
self sufficiency in succession planning and talent management.
Karen is an inspirational role model for especially Women in business
having been at a senior level for over 20 years and in giving her time
and support the champion the development of women in management. She
has been nominated for the 2010 Inspiring Women awards.
Karen qualified in HR as well as achieving a Masters in Business Administration.
